Price JPY 1,280 per month (tax included), a single plan.
Additional charges Internet connection charges are borne by the user.
Payment method Credit card (processed by Stripe Payments Japan, Inc.)
Payment timing Charged for the first period upon completion of the Paid Plan application (purchase), and automatically on each monthly billing date thereafter. No charge is made during the free trial period before the application.
Free trial The Service can be used free of charge until the end of the month following registration. No automatic charge is made after the trial ends; the user is charged only if they choose to purchase the Paid Plan themselves.
Service delivery timing Provided immediately upon completion of the Paid Plan application (the same features are available during the free trial period).
Automatic renewal The Paid Plan automatically renews each month. The contract continues until the user completes self-cancellation.
Cancellation method A user may complete self-cancellation at any time from the My Page area of the Service. The Company does not require any inquiry or other procedure intended to dissuade cancellation. If the billing management screen is unavailable for any reason, please contact us through the contact form and the Company will process the cancellation.
Effect of cancellation The Paid Plan terminates on the last day of the billing period in which the cancellation is completed (i.e., the day before the next scheduled billing date). The user may continue to use the Service during that period. However, if the cancellation or account closure is made while payment of the monthly fee remains unconfirmed (e.g., a failed charge), the Company will terminate the Paid Plan immediately in order to stop any further billing.
Account closure A user may also close their account from My Page. In that case the Paid Plan terminates at the same time as stated under “Effect of cancellation” above, but delivery of notification emails stops at the moment the account closure is completed. Accordingly, the user will not receive notifications for the remainder of the billing period, and no refund is made for that remaining portion. A user who wishes to keep receiving notifications through the last day of the billing period and only stop the automatic renewal should use cancellation from the billing management screen rather than account closure.
Refund upon cancellation No pro-rated refund of the monthly fee will be made if cancellation or account closure occurs in the middle of a billing period.
Fee revisions If the fee is revised, the Company will notify existing Paid Plan users individually at least one (1) month prior to the effective date, and will apply the new fee only after obtaining each user’s individual consent. A user who does not consent may cancel by the day before the effective date.
Operating environment A typical email client and a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox is recommended.
Nature of the service The Service aggregates factual information (filer, target stock, ownership ratio, change from the previous report, etc.) from large shareholding reports publicly disclosed through EDINET and delivers it to users by email. Users can configure, in My Page, whether to receive intraday notifications (during trading hours) and daily summary notifications (around 20:00). The Service does not provide investment advice, does not recommend the purchase or sale of any financial instrument, and does not provide valuations or price forecasts for individual stocks.
