Article 1 (Information We Collect)

In providing the Large Shareholding Report Notification Service (the “Service”), we collect the following information:

  1. All users
    • Email address (provided for registration, login authentication, and notification delivery)
  2. When applying for the Paid Plan (in addition to the above)
    • Billing-result information provided to us by the payment processor (e.g., Stripe Payments Japan, Inc.), including success or failure of payments, billing dates, amounts, card brand, and the last four digits of the card number
    • History of application, cancellation and similar operations

Credit card numbers, expiration dates, security codes and other payment credentials used for the Paid Plan are collected and processed directly by the payment processor and are not collected or retained by us.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

We use the personal information we collect solely for the following purposes:

Article 4 (Outsourcing)

We may, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to the following types of contractors. We will appropriately supervise such contractors.

Article 5 (Information Management)

We manage collected personal information appropriately and implement reasonable security measures to prevent loss, leakage, and alteration.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Information)

If you wish to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information, please contact us through our inquiry form. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Article 7 (Cookies)

  1. The Service uses cookies to the extent necessary to provide the Service, including maintaining login sessions.
  2. Users may decline cookies through their browser settings. In such case, some functions of the Service, such as login, may not work properly.
  3. We do not currently perform behavioral tracking of users through analytics tools or similar means. If we introduce such tools in the future, we will revise this Policy and post it on this page.

Article 8 (Policy Revisions)

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in applicable laws or in the content of the Service. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or by email. The latest version will be posted on this page.
